This page explains how Sky Scale (operated by Sky Tech USA LLC) handles personal data collected through our Facebook / Meta integrations, how you can disconnect your Facebook account from Sky Scale, and how to request full deletion of the data we hold about you. 1. What data we collect via Facebook / Meta

When a user or a dealership connects a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or WhatsApp Business account to Sky Scale, we receive and store data required to operate those integrations. Typical data includes:

  • Your Meta user ID, name, profile picture, and email (when granted via Facebook Login).
  • Page and Business Portfolio identifiers that you explicitly authorize during the connection flow.
  • Messages and conversations received on connected Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and WhatsApp Business numbers, including sender name, sender Meta ID, message content, and attachments.
  • Lead records created from those messages, including normalized contact details (name, phone, email), associated vehicle interest, and lead status.
  • Page access tokens and refresh tokens needed to keep the integration working, stored encrypted at rest.
  • Aggregate usage and delivery telemetry (timestamps, delivery status, error codes) for operational monitoring.

We do not use Facebook-sourced data for advertising, do not sell it to third parties, and do not combine it with data from other sources beyond what is required to render it inside the dashboard owned by the dealership that connected the account.

2. Disconnect Facebook from your dashboard (self-service)

The fastest way to stop Sky Scale from receiving any further data from your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp account is to disconnect the integration directly from the dashboard:

  1. Sign in to your Sky Scale dashboard at app.getskyscale.com/en/pages/account/settings/integrations.
  2. Find the Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp card for the account you want to remove.
  3. Click Disconnect. This immediately revokes the stored access token, stops ingestion of new messages from that account, and removes the integration binding.
  4. You can additionally remove Sky Scale from your Facebook account at any time by visiting Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations and removing “Sky Scale” from the list.

Disconnecting the integration stops further data collection, but it does not automatically delete historical messages, leads, or conversation records already ingested into your dashboard. To request permanent deletion of that historical data, use the form below.

3. Request full deletion of your data

If you would like Sky Scale to permanently delete personal data associated with you or your Facebook / Meta account, please submit the form below. If you are a Customer of a dealership (rather than the dealership owner), we generally act as a service provider on the dealership’s behalf and will coordinate the deletion request with them as required by applicable law.

Please use the email address associated with the Facebook / Meta account (or the email you use to contact the dealership). This helps us locate the correct records. You can add any extra context in the note field - for example, the name of the dealership you interacted with, or the specific phone number / Facebook Page involved.

4. How long it takes (SLA)

We will acknowledge receipt of your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days of receipt, except where a longer period is permitted or required by applicable law (for example, where we are legally required to retain specific transaction or communication records). When processing is complete, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided on the form.

In limited cases, we may retain minimal records in de-identified or aggregated form (for example, audit logs, anti-fraud signals, or billing history) where retention is required by law or necessary to protect Sky Scale or its users. Any such retained data cannot be used to re-identify you.
